By creating an account or using any part of the Ohemaa Fertile Home app and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Ohemaa Fertile Home is a specialised herbal practice focused on reproductive health and fertility support. We are not a hospital and not a medical practice. Ohemaa is a third-generation Ghanaian herbal practitioner, not a medical doctor. Our services do not replace professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for any activity on your account. To preserve continuity of care, accounts cannot be deleted directly from within the app — deactivation requests must be made through our team.

A consultation with our team is mandatory before any product purchase. Products are not available without a recorded consultation. We may decline a consultation or product order at our reasonable discretion, including where we believe the product is not appropriate for your situation.

Our products are herbal and food-based supplements. They are intended for general fertility and reproductive wellness support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Before using any product, you must:

• Consult a qualified physician or gynecologist;
• Know your diagnosis and current health status;
• Disclose any existing conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancies during consultation.

Do not combine our products with other herbal treatments. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional immediately if you experience any adverse reaction. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

The Services include Regular, Standard, and Premium subscription plans, billed at the prices shown at checkout in your selected currency (Naira, Euro, USD, or Cedis). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, where offered, are at our reasonable discretion and may be limited or excluded for opened or used products.

Approved distributors handle delivery only. Distributors cannot diagnose conditions, conduct consultations, prescribe products, or alter recommendations. Distributor relationships are governed by a separate distributor agreement.

When you submit testimonies, stories, photos, videos, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You retain ownership of your content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence and that your content is truthful and not unlawful.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• Share your account or credentials with anyone else;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services;
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information;
• Use disrespectful, harassing, or threatening language toward staff, distributors, or other members.

All content, branding, formulations, educational material, and software in the Services are owned by Ohemaa Fertile Home or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outcomes vary and we make no guarantees of specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohemaa Fertile Home and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or behave in a way that is harmful to staff, distributors, or other members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ghana, unless local law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
